- Orders: When you purchase the Mini Planter DIY Kit through checkout, we (and our payment processor) collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and payment details.
- Order requests: When you request a made-to-order planter for local pickup or delivery, or ask about a custom size, we collect your name, email, phone number, and, for delivery, your address, along with the details of what you’re ordering.
- Contact form: When you message us through the Contact page, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write to us.
- Newsletter signup: If you subscribe to hear about the blog or new products, we collect your email address.
- Automatically collected information: Like most websites, our server and WooCommerce (our store platform) automatically log some technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, mainly for security and to keep your shopping cart working correctly.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your order, including arranging shipping or local pickup/delivery
- Communicate with you about your order, request, or question
- Send you updates or blog news, but only if you’ve asked to receive them, you can unsubscribe at any time
- Keep our site secure and prevent fraud or spam

Who we share it with
We only share your information with the third parties that help us run the store and the site:
- PayPal: processes payments made at checkout. We never see or store your full card or bank details, PayPal handles that directly.
- WooCommerce / Automattic: the software that powers our online store.
- Hostinger: our web hosting provider, which stores the site’s data on its servers.
- Google Fonts: our site loads a small number of fonts from Google, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.
- Shipping carriers: when we ship an order, we share your name and address with the carrier (e.g., USPS) to deliver it.
We don’t share your information with anyone else unless we’re required to by law.
Cookies
Our site uses a small number of cookies needed to make the shopping cart and checkout work correctly (for example, remembering what’s in your cart). These are functional cookies, not advertising trackers.
How long we keep your information
We keep order and contact records for as long as needed for bookkeeping, tax, and customer service purposes. If you’d like us to delete your information sooner, contact us and we’ll do so unless we’re required to keep it for legal reasons.
